The one-day concert titled Hip Hop On Grand is being put on by Mayor Bill de Blasio and Hip Hop On Grand’s organizers. The event is free and will take place on Thursday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m. The concert is expected to draw thousands of fans to Grand Central Station. Hip Hop On Grand will be a one-day celebration for the world’s largest public transportation facility.
